Estonia in Denmark, represented by Enterprise Estonia and the Estonian Embassy in Copenhagen, together with a consortium of five other countries organizes virtual UN International Procurement Seminar on the 28-29th of January 2021.
UN as a potential customer has a combined market potential of 19.9 billion USD and the share of Estonian companies from that volume has been 1.58 million USD in 2019.
The seminar offers a unique opportunity to meet with procurement officers from the different UN organizations. In addition, it will provide valuable insights on how to explore procurement opportunities with the many UN organizations and will bring your company one step closer to doing business with the UN. During the two-day seminar, ca. 100 companies from the consortium countries will meet on the virtual platform, which will also provide a fruitful venue for experience sharing and networking. The tentative program for the seminar is attached.
The participation is valuable to all companies who are eager to explore opportunities of selling to the UN. There are no restrictions for participating in the seminar in terms of company size, area of activity or the level of prior engagement with the UN. More information about UN’s procurement can be found at www.ungm.org.
Participation in the seminar is free of charge for Estonian companies, but there is a limited number of spots available. Interested companies are kindly asked to submit their application here, no later than December 1.

Furthermore, all the participating companies will be asked to create a profile on the event’s virtual platform. In January, the opportunity to request one-to-one meetings with different UN organizations will be opened. More information about the process will be provided later.
