Ralph Christian Hübner
Ralph Hübner works for more than two decades as a manager, strategy consultant and M&A advisor in the tech industry. For the last ten years his focus areas in consulting are digital strategy, e-commerce and marketplace business. Ralph’s clients are leading manufactures and brands in different B2B and B2C verticals, with names like Stabilo, Abus, ADA, OTTO, Rhodius, Blum or Lowa.
On a regular basis Ralph performs as a speaker, moderator and panelist on various event and conference stages. Ralph is author of many market studies, articles and books in the digital commerce space. In his advisory role as an e-commerce specialist he is engaged for numerous industry federations like sporting goods (BSI), fashion & shoes (HDS/L) or DIY (IVG, HHG).
Ralph holds an MBA (Dipl.-Kfm. Augsburg/Bologna) and is now based in Munich, where he lives with his family.
Senior e-commerce consultant since 2016. Before that Martin worked as a partner and CEO of VOTUM (today Turbine Kreuzberg), an internet and e-commerce agency with more than 70 employees. He is also associated e-commerce consultant for ecom consulting and Fostec Consulting. His fields of activities are consulting, e-commerce strategy, planning and development of e-commerce projects, process analysis, process modelling, requirements engineering, conception.
His customers come from all sectors, B2B and B2C, with focus on medium-sized companies with direct-to-consumer approach (SOLESTAR, MTH Retail, MEPHISTO S.A.S., ADA Cosmetics International, Matratzen Concord,Vallourec, CEP Sportswear).
For his work he gained several prizes and awards, f.e. Golden Cart Award (category B2C omnichannel retail), Shop Usability Award 2018 and Internetworld Shop-Award 2018 (best multichannel-retailer").
Öselstuff OÜ is a family owned Estonian company offering organic freshment drinks made of birch water under the brand name ÖSELBIRCH. Öselstuff was established 2016 in Estonia, it has been operating on the German market almost 2 years. The company started with its own Webshop and is now launching their new products in REWE supermarkets.
Anne-Liis Theisen, the CEO of the company, holds Master`s degree in E-Commerce and online marketing and worked at a German online agency Ironshark for a few years before dedicating her full time on OselBirch. During the studies she also worked a lot as a promoter at different trade shows in Germany and for several road shows. Her customers ranged from food and beverage sector up to automobile industry.
