Tourism product development grant for small projects

The receipt of the applications is terminated because the budget residue of financing the measure is equal to the volume of the applications in process.

The tourism product development programme is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Objective of tourism product development grant

The objective of the grant is to increase the interest of the foreign tourists through the development of innovative tourism products to visit Estonia, extend the visiting time, decrease the seasonality of tourism and thus improve the international competitiveness of Estonia as tourism destination.

Who can apply for the grant?

The grant can be applied by the small or medium-sized company or self-employed person registered in the Estonian Commercial Registry.

For what the grant is provided?

The investments to the three sectors are supported:

• Tourism products based on special interests and hobbies, incl the tourism products and products of nature tourism related to the provision of active vacation service;
• Tourism products and services based on national peculiarity and traditions;
• Development of objects of architectural value for the provision of tourism products.

How big is the grant?

The amount of the grant is 63 000 - 640 000 EUR (1 - 10 million EEK) per project, the required self-financing is at least 50% of the eligible costs.
The period of implementation of the activities of the project is maximum 36 months, but not later than 31 August 2015.
