Management awareness programme

The main objectives of the programme:

  • Arousing interest towards the systematic development of management skills;
  • Introduction of the methods for promoting the management awareness among the entrepreneurs;
  • Development of the demand side of the market of training and consultation services of the sector of management awareness;
  • Making the necessary knowledge and information base accessible for as wide a circle as possible;
  • Notify the entrepreneurs and managers of the new business models and the requirement to develop new management skills;
  • Create the positive image for the development of management skills.

The activities of the programme are divided as follows:

- development of the management Internet portal juhtimine.ee
- management seminars and trainings (including also for trainers)
- order of study materials
- studies of management sector
- financing of the production of the TV show JuhtimisAju
- other notification activities.
