Tourism marketing programme for the public and third sector

The tourism marketing programme for the public and third sector is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The budget of the programme in the EU budget period of 2007-2013 is 105 million kroons. The applications are received on an on-going basis.
Objectives of tourism marketing grant
- Promoting the tourism products based on the Estonian destinations and national peculiarity at the foreign markets.
- Increasing the number of overnight stops of the foreign tourists visiting Estonia.
- Decreasing the seasonality of tourism.
Who can apply for the grant?
The applicant could be the state or local government authority, non-profit association, foundation or legal person governed by public law.
For what the grant is provided?
- Organising the marketing events
- Participation in the foreign trade fairs
- Preparation - distribution of information carriers
- Organising of press trips etc. events
- Web development and e-marketing
How big is the grant?
The grant of 0.5 up to 1.5 million kroons per project can be applied. The grant can make up to 70% of the eligible costs of the project.
