The programmes directed to the research establishments are a part of the programmes focused on innovation. The activities to be carried out in the innovation sector fulfil the objective to increase the product development and technological capability of the companies, but also the capability of research and development establishments to provide the marketable solutions.

As innovation is the investment and knowledge-intensive sector, we draw major attention to the cooperation between the research establishments and companies and also to the participation in international cooperation networks.
