The objective of supporting the regional investments from the gambling tax

The objective of the programme is to support the improvement of the conditions of welfare, studying, sporting and spending leisure time for the children, young people, families, elderly and disabled people.

The supporting of regional investments from the means of gambling tax started in May 1998, today more than 1575 projects have been supported with approximately 384 million kroons.

Who can apply for the grant?

The applicants can be the non-profit associations, foundations, local governments and state authorities managed by the governmental agencies. The applications are submitted to the county government of the location of the project.

What is the grant provided for?

The grant is provided for the construction, reconstruction and repair works of the buildings and premises on the basis of the application submitted as project-based.

How big is the grant?

The marginal sum of the application per one applicant is 31 956 €. The sum of the self-financing of the applicant and/or co-financing of the partners of the project should make total of at least 15% of the total project cost.
