The organizing of training courses aimed at non-profit organizations is co-financed by the European Social Fund.

In order to increase the institutional capacity and professionalism of non-profit associations (non-profit associations, foundations) including increasing the operating capacity and sustainability of associations and putting value on philanthropic and volunteer work performed for the benefit of the community, training and study trips aimed at non-profit associations are organized in every county.

The implementers of the training and study trips are Enterprise Estonia's partners in the county development centres, who organize training on the basis of the training plan compiled by development centres and approved by Enterprise Estonia.
