The Development Programme for Directors of Non-Profit Associations is co-financed by the European Social Fund

To increase the capacity and professionalism of operating non-profit associations, we have developed the Development Programme for Directors of Non-Profit Associations. The topics dealt with in this programme provide support to directors in organizing the work of the association on a daily basis.

Who is the intended beneficiary of the development programme?

The Development Programme for Directors of Non-Profit Associations is aimed at non-profit associations' management board members and managing directors who have at least one year experience in the practical management of their organizations.

What topics are dealt with in the development programme?

Those successfully completing the development programme will acquire intensified knowledge about managing a non-profit association, project management, and financial management (a total of three modules), all of which are key topics for keeping non-profit associations sustainable.

The development programme consists of three two-day modules. One module amounts to 2x8 academic hours = 16 academic hours.

How to participate in the training?

In 2011 and 2012, a total of 19 development programmes will be carried out countrywide. It is possible to participate in either an individual module or the entire development programme. The training is free of charge to participants but requires pre-registration in a county development centre.
