Aims and objectives: Service management with a particular focus on the tourism, hospitality, wellness and spa industry - examines the theory and the practical challenges that exist in today's organisations. It is designed for students, teachers and entrepreneurs who plan to pursue a managerial career in the tourism, hospitality, wellness and spa industry, or who already work at the sector. This course will also focus on nascent success strategies, such as: service design, service quality management, customer-supplier relationships, service empowerment, service orientation, core competency and various other strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
Group size: Maximum 40 people

The training will be financed by the European Social Fund.
