| Ürituse eesmärk ja kirjeldus: | Service Management and its applications in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness and Spa Industries Jay Kandampully, PhD Professor, Ohio State University, College of Education & Human Ecology, USA Professor of Tartu University Pärnu College Aims and objectives: Service management with a particular focus on the tourism, hospitality, wellness and spa industry - examines the theory and the practical challenges that exist in today's organisations. It is designed for students, teachers and entrepreneurs who plan to pursue a managerial career in the tourism, hospitality, wellness and spa industry, or who already work at the sector. This course will also focus on nascent success strategies, such as: service design, service quality management, customer-supplier relationships, service empowerment, service orientation, core competency and various other strategies to gain a competitive advantage. Group size: Maximum 40 people Method: Lectures, discussions, group works No translation The training will be financed by the European Social Fund.
